> And then YOUR PATTERN is going to change your expectations about what is going to happen out there. It is going to prepare you for Rejection. And theexpectation of Rejection is going to warrant a whole set of Protective Behaviors.

We call these the 6 Deadly Sins . . . and the first of the Deadly Sins is Perfectionism.
Perfectionism is NOT your nature. It’s a behavior designed to keep you from ever being blindsided again . . . IF I can do everything perfect, I”ll never be rejected or blindsided again.
This behavior, like the other 5 deadly sins, will leave you with a psychological stomachache eventually.
Nobody thrives in perfectionism . . .
ON the contrary, success and joy are found in the Risk, in the intentional interaction with the unknown.
