Grief and Loss can be seen through divorce, the actual passing of a loved one, or even the ending of a relationship.

The impact we have on the lives around us is huge.
These upcoming holidays are filled with families coming together and, for some, a reminder that ‘my family’ as I have known it, has been significantly altered, relationships have been lost, security has evaporated, or health has eroded.
Provide compassion in your homes – and to yourself. For those who are having an especially difficult time, feel free to pass along my direct number. There is a way to get through the holidays – and the grief – well.
Be gentle in the comments as this is a very near and dear subject to me.
