Directional

Over the course of my diverse clinical and academic career, I have created and integrated a 5-stage model of change, based upon the very best concepts of cognitive-behavioral  theory, exposure therapy, and systemic dynamics.  This model has provided needed direction to individuals and couples grappling with everything from anxiety to infidelity, and everything in between, including but not limited to addiction, depression, and communication challenges – and the outcomes speak for themselves.

Countless men and women have found their way back to the life they wanted since 1993. The people whom I serve want and need guidance from a compassionate and competent ear on their road to healing.

Compassionate

I have lived long enough to know that life can let us all down.  People can disappoint us and we can disappoint ourselves.  This is not what we had in mind when we started out long ago.  We dreamed of so much more and now we find ourselves at war within ourselves – or with others.

How did this happen . . . .

The finish line may be closer than you think.  Let’s work through the heartbreaks and hopes and return you to your best life.
